Creekside is your "home away from home". Plenty of living space for your family and your family pet as well (limit two), we have supplied pet beds, crate and towels if Rover decides a romp in the creek is in order.
Bedrooms two and three are on the ground floor of the house. Bedroom two has a queen bed as well as a double fold out sofa. For your convenience we have a coffee station, mini fridge and a flat screen tv. You can step out onto the screened porch and enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek while sipping your morning cuppa. The ensuite full bath has a walk in shower and a double vanity. Bedroom three is outfitted with 2 twin beds and 2 pull out twin trundle beds. The full bathroom has a combined tub and shower.
Upstairs you will enter the great room complete with gas fireplace, large flat screen smart tv, plenty of comfy seating and access to the screened porch. Additional dining space as well as just chilling and watching the golfers on the 14th hole awaits you on the porch.
Upstairs you will find a fully stocked kitchen with dining for 8 and counter seating for 2. If you do need to get a little work done an office space overlooking the golf course is just off the kitchen. Inside the walk in pantry you will find 8 passes for Rumbling Bald. Plenty of storage and an over size capacity washer and dryer as well.
Bedroom one is just off the kitchen. Complete with King bed, flat screen tv, and full size ensuite bath with tub and shower combo. Step out onto the screened porch with a cozy sitting area as well as a dining area. Outside the porch are 2 grills, one gas, one charcoal. Gather the chairs around the fire pit and enjoy s'mores.

Close to Rumbling Bald restaurants and amenities-approximately 5 minutes drive
Within 20 minutes to Ingles grocery, restaurants and 30 minutes to Chimney Rock State Park.
Within an hour of Asheville - Biltmore Estate, Tryon, Hendersonville & Saluda.

NOTE : The plan for the next Lake Drawdown is 1/1/24 - 3/31/24.
The Lake will be drawn down by 12 feet. The purpose of the Lake drawdown is to allow for the completion of priority infrastructure projects including the sewer system replacement project including the Gravity Lift System (GLS) in the North end of Sunset Cove, dredging, seawall and boathouse construction/maintenance, dam and hydroelectric plant maintenance, and sewer cleaning and maintenance.
While the Lake will begin rising on March 31st, 2024, the rate of refilling the Lake is based on the weather and the amount of rainfall received.

    The owners thought of everything. It is perfectly decorated, the kitchen stocked, and outdoor living spaces were amazing. Everything was clean and the management had great communication from the moment we booked. It was like our little private oasis within the resort. In addition, we loved the Rumbling Bald resort amenities every day! I highly recommend this property for a family!
