It is our policy to require Damage Protection. Your stay at Quail Cove includes Damage Protection that covers up to $3,000 in damage. See complete terms and conditions in our rental agreement. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE AT CHECK OUT THROUGH VRBO OR OTHER PROVIDER.
All reservations, including VRBO/Airbnb are REQUIRED to sign a RENTAL AGREEMENT. The Rental Agreement is sent in a separate email for electronic signature. For VRBO guests, we will not process your credit card for the deposit until after you sign the rental agreement.

  Our family loved staying at this property. There was enough to do to keep three generations busy for the long weekend. The kids (13, 10, and 6) loved the game room and we all enjoyed the kayaks as well as the amenities at Rumbling Bald. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and being lakefront made it a joy just to hang out in the house. Hoping to return in the fall!
