The Space
Nestled along the peaceful shores of Shumont Lake, Lake House Retreat offers a refined yet comfortable escape designed for both relaxation and recreation. The thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 3-bath home features lake views from multiple living spaces and outdoor areas.
The main living room invites you to unwind with a cozy fireplace and large Smart TV after exploring Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, and the Western North Carolina foothills. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample space for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.
Adjacent to the kitchen is an sunroom overlooking the lake, with a desk and sofa bed-ideal for remote work or extra sleeping flexibility.
Downstairs, the entertainment level is designed for all ages, offering foosball, shuffleboard, board games, a TV lounge, and an exercise room with plenty of seating.
Step outside to the furnished back deck, where unforgettable lakefront moments await. Grill meals on the Blackstone, relax in the hot tub, or simply take in the tranquil views of Shumont Lake.
